Style magazine highlighted Siam Orchid
in a recent article, "The Real Dish." [reprinted below]

Dish: No. 39, Gaeng Ped Talay at Siam Orchid, $14.95. Also known as "the red curry," this dish simply sings with flavor. I like the plump scallops in a sauce made from red curry paste, cream of coconut, bamboo shoots, red and green bell peppers and fresh basil leaves. Specify your spicy preference: mild, medium or hot. And if scallops don't appeal to you, choose shrimp or squid.
Tidbits: Even though we do not read it under the "39" listing, if you prefer chicken, vegetables or tofu in your red curry, the gracious sister act, Nissy and Malai, and Malai's husband, "Chef Sam," are happy to accommodate.
